FRÉJUS:
A RICH HISTORICAL HERITAGE

A Roman town founded by Julius Caesar himself in 49 AD, Fréjus still boasts many fine relics of its past, including an amphitheatre and an aqueduct.

Many centuries later, the town has evolved into a dynamic seaside resort renowned for its beautiful sandy beaches stretching over 7 kilometers, as well as the 2.5 kilometers of calanques between Fréjus and Saint-Aygulf. The Base Nature François Léotard and its 135 hectares, including 85 hectares of protected natural areas, is an outdoor sports paradise where you can enjoy rollerblading, soccer, volleyball, handball, skateboarding and more.
